Ribbon Sparkle Tutu/Tutu Dress

Sparkly, solid color tutu with elastic waistband, a bow on waistband, and a single layer of ribbon at bottom. A second layer of ribbon can be added for $2.

If dress is selected, fabric will be 4-way stretch in a solid color.

Dress options include a bodice attached to the tutu with the selected bottom option- a snapped leo, a pair of bummies, or a fabric skirt under the tutu material.
