Ribbon Tutu/Tutu Dress

Single ribbon, solid color tutu with elastic waistband with bow. Can add second ribbon for layering for $2.

If dress is selected, fabric will be 4-way stretch in a solid color.

Dress options include a bodice attached to the tutu with the selected bottom option- a snapped leo, a pair of bummies, or a fabric skirt under the tutu material.
